Reason Why I Learnt Yoga
I am naturally a person that moves a lot and thinks a lot – so yoga is the perfect tool for me to ground and balance it all out and I am passionate about sharing all the benefits with others. I have completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Gyan Yog Breath in 2020 which was one of the best decisions that I have ever made for myself. It was also another proof for me as well that dreams do come true as wanting to train with an Indian school has always been a dream of mine, ever since I have started practicing yoga
My mission
I am offering courses in German and in English and I love teaching groups but also one to one sessions. I am also a certified life coach and trained in yin yoga. The most important part of yoga takes place off the mat for me, it is the way we see and go through life. So when it comes to teaching I wholeheartedly believe that yoga is for everybody and I am trying to make this as inclusive as possible for all my students – assisting them in finding exactly what they need in any moment, on and off the mat.
I am very passionate about life in general, I am interested to learn and curious about everything I do not know yet. I love movement, embodiment, ayurveda, spirituality and merging this all into one
