I recently completed the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Gyan Yog Breath in Rishikesh, India, and I can honestly say that this experience has been one of the most transformative journeys of my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and belonging. I also had the chance to experience Emotional Blockage Treatment, which was an incredible tool for releasing old emotions and tension stored in the body. This aspect of the training was something I had never encountered before, and it helped me feel lighter and more in tune with myself.

Another highlight of my time at Gyan Yog Breath was the sense of community. I met incredible people from all over the world, each on their own journey but sharing the same passion for yoga. We supported each other, learned together, and built friendships that I know will last a lifetime.

The food was absolutely amazing! Every day, we enjoyed healthy, freshly prepared vegetarian meals made with love. The food was not only nourishing but also delicious, and I could feel a difference in my energy levels and overall well-being.

The course helped me gain strength, clarity, and confidence while deepening my understanding of yoga beyond just physical postures.
