We are a traditional yoga teacher training school that bridges ancient Vedic wisdom with modern Western understanding. Our name, “Gyan Yog Breath,” reflects this vision: Gyan means inner wisdom, Yog means unity, and Breath represents the transformative power of proper yogic breathing.

Our training follows the original methods of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Patanjali Yoga Sutras (Ashtanga Yoga). You will explore classical Hatha Yoga—postures, pranayama, mudras, and bandhas—as well as the deeper mental discipline of the Eight-Limbed Path.
